BCLP Power Plant dredging

BCLP Power Plant dredging

Hall mobilised its Everglade and Beenup dredges to remove large volumes of mud and silts from existing ponds on the site of the future BLCP Power Plant.

Works involved dredging 766,000m³ of material from the first pond, allowing structural fill to be placed. Dredged material was pumped into a partly full holding pond, with a total of 1.017m3 of material then pumped to a final deposition pond. High production rates were achieved throughout the project.
